Our stay at the Grand was a mix of good and bad. The facilities were quite nice, especially the hot tubs, but the service left much to be desired, particularly when we interacted with the valet and front desk staff. The location is close to the ski slopes, which is convenient, but some amenities felt overpriced. We were disappointed with the overall experience, especially given the costs involved.
